Cancellation Policy – Sheffield Trichology Clinic

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. To ensure fairness and smooth operation, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to other clients in need of our services.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.

No Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. Future bookings may also require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service, and you may still be charged for the session.

Refunds

Deposits paid in advance for treatments or consultations are non-refundable unless we receive notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
